Shows the current closer for each team along with the current closer’s “Keep the Job” percentage.
The “Keep the Job” percentage attempts to quantify each closer's likelihood to hold onto the closer’s role by measuring a combination of their Role Security percentage along with their Skills Confidence factor. The “Keep the Job” percentage is based on skill, opportunity and takes into account injury risk.
Use this tool to help determine which closer's are on shaky ground where you may want to speculate by picking up the closer who is Next in Line or possibly the Wild Card closer.
